2. Returns Policy

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged Products: If the product is damaged during delivery.

Proof Required: Returns will be processed only if you provide clear proof of damage at the time of package opening (video or photographs showing the unopened package and the damage upon opening).


3. Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and tags.

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

Any product returned without package opening proof or outside the specified timeframe will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

The cost of shipping for the return will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.


5. Exclusions

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care are not eligible for returns.

No returns will be accepted for reasons other than damage during delivery.

We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 5 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day.
All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
